What is this page and how do I use it?

What it is

The page calls the VA's voice workflow on dev. You talk through your microphone; the VA answers out loud, looks up bookings and searches flights with the same tools as the chat VA, and every line shows in the transcript below.

How to use it

  1. Pick the brand and the line (Sales or Support).
  2. Press Call, allow the microphone, and talk. Say goodbye or press Hang up to end.

Good to know

  • Use headphones, or the VA hears itself.
  • Use made-up names, emails and order numbers: calls are stored on dev.
  • Calls share a daily test budget, so keep them purposeful.
  • Open the file in Chrome or Edge from disk.
